The first ever Hong Kong – Vienna Music Festival reached its grand finale with Mahler’s Symphony no. 8 at the Concert Hall of the Hong Kong City Hall. Not only was it the first time for the “Symphony of a Thousand” was performed in Hong Kong, it was also an unprecedented orchestral collaboration between Hong Kong and Vienna.
